Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your unused candles or home fragrance products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
